Why Should I Become a Member?

Membership dues are desperately needed to maintain ownership of the rec center. As a member, you are part owner and your dues go towards the annual costs (taxes, water, dumpster, maintenance, etc). Please consider adding your name to the list of owners!

Becoming a member of the McKnight Village Civic Association, you will contribute to maintaining a vibrant and friendly neighborhood. Membership provides the following benefits:

  • Community Programs, Events, Newsletters, and Directories
  • A well maintained Rec area, which is an incredible asset to our community and property values
  • Limited ownership rights and usage of The Rec area, with reduced rates on rentals
  • Reduced rates on community events
  • A liaison between you and the township/school district to provide information or address issues that may affect you as a property owner.

How Do I Become a Member?

Membership dues submitted from January 1st to April 14th will cost $50. Membership requests made after April 15th will be charged an extra $5 to $55. You have two options to become a member:
