Break out those Hawaiian shirts!! Join the MVCA for this years VillageFest on Saturday, August 27th, 2022 at the Rec! Our theme will be a “A day at the beach!” and we will spend the evening at our very own beach with food, drinks, kids games, and once again TIME TESTED will perform! Dinner will be served at 5pm and will include pulled pork and chicken kabobs with a variety of sides. This year, we are bringing back the dessert showcase and neighbors are invited to bring a dessert to share (beach themed or not!).
Back by popular demand, the corn hole tournament will take place with first and second place cash prizes! Registration will begin at 2pm on 8/27 and play will begin at 3pm. Teams of two are invited to sign up for $10 and individuals can sign up for $5 and be assigned a partner on the day of the tournament, bring cash on 8/27. Participants can also sign up in advance. Volunteers are being sought to provide soft drinks, set up, serve food, run games, and clean up. If you want to bring a dessert, also sign up here. Volunteers can click the following link and sign up for what they are able. We greatly appreciate volunteers!
