Hello Mcknight Village. We have 3 very important notifications for our community to start 2021.
1st – Our Annual Meeting will be help Monday February 1st at 7pm. This will be a virtual Zoom event with the chance of a live meeting at the Rec weather permitting.

2nd – New Board Member vote! At this years open meeting we will be voting to confirm 11 Board Positions. We want to thank everyone that has stepped up to volunteer their time to keep this neighborhood a great place to live. Please Vote now to approve these new board members.
3rd – Revised By-Laws – In addition to the new board member votes in the link above you also have to vote on accepting the by-law changes that we have made over the last year. The McKnight Village Civic Association by-laws were written seventy years ago and have not been updated for the past thirty-four years so they are quite outdated. Tracy Borne, assisted by Fred Gardner and the current board, has undertaken the effort to reorganize, clarify and modernize the by-laws. The current board recommends approving the revised by-laws. In the coming year, we can then entertain proposals to further refine and revise individual articles of the new by-laws as deemed necessary.

Adding a table of contents
Adding a map defining McKnight Village
Updating the dues and late fees
Clarifying meetings of the MVCA
Providing for virtual / online meetings and votes
Revising the roles and expanding the board of directors
Redefining the category of members
